no windows
I've done this several times now and this is the first time I have installed mepis to dual boot with windows already on the HDD and widows does not appear on the boot screen but it still shows when I start linux what happened HELP!

If you are saying that Windows doesn't show up in the boot menu, you can add it to your menu.lst file. The entry should look something like this:
Change the (hd0,0) as needed to match your own system.Code:# (1) Windows XP Pro title Windows XP rootnoverify (hd0,0) makeactive chainloader +1
