moving panels
I am using mepis 3.3 on an older P3 with W2K dual booting. When I use the mepis, some of the window panels go to a partial blank (part of the frame is blank). This happens with mozilla, konqueror, synaptic, and kpackage. Any ideas? Do I need to reinstall mepis?
