i manage to install PSI but when i put my status as online it says "there was an error connecting with the jabber server etc.." .I provided all my details and server info.then there's the other one.when i enable ssl connection to server it says missing plugin.

1.how do i install the plugin for ssl &
2. what is making my connection not working
