Take this quiz and see what it says, but ultimately choose what you feel is best for you.

Personally, I use Fedora as both a (semi-)server and personal computer on my laptop.
However, as soon as I can get my desktop working (motherboard problems), I'll be installing Gentoo on it -- I admin'd a Gentoo server for almost half a year (and used it for about 2 years for web hosting/ircd hosting) -- to move my servers to.
But that's just me; MikeTbob was right: "but ultimately choose what you feel is best for you."

Gentoo, Debian or Slackware.
Life is complex, it has a real part and an imaginary part.
