Do you mean webmin ?
Don't expect everything come ready to use, you will learn a lot by doing things manually yourself
Installing webmin is in no way hard
Edit: Found webgui in Google, it's just a CMS, it shouldn't be hard to installPut your hand in an oven for a minute and it will be like an hour, sit beside a beautiful woman for an hour and it will be like a minute, that is relativity. --Albert Einstein

You'll probably need to be more specific about what you are asking, as the question is currently extremely vague.

As Juan Pablo mentioned, many Linux distributions can do the same job.
However for a LAMP server you generally want to go with a very stable distribution, so one that is well tested, and consequently doesn't ship with the latest in everything.
SME server itself is based on CentOS. Many others can do the job : Debian for instance, or even Ubuntu.
Many tutorials are available here and there. So while at first glance the whole process may seem difficult, you can get the feel of it with little efforts.
For more resources, you can google keywords like "centos lamp server", "ubuntu lamp server", and generally "name_of_distro lamp server"."To express yourself in freedom, you must die to everything of yesterday. From the 'old', you derive security; from the 'new', you gain the flow."
