SpamAssassin config help

Hi All,
I am working for setup a sendmail server from source code and I have configured it for (installed form source ClamAV) virous protection. I have installed SpamAssassin but I need a help to configure it for spam mails. It doesn’t come with good help. Pls give and good URL for configure this.
