usb hard drive not seen as hard drive
I have a usb hard drive that when i plug it in it isnt seen as a hard drive. How do i go about loading drivers for it. I am using an hp zv6000 laptop with a generic usb hard drive. any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks Neal
