I basically gutted an old gateway pc (bad hdd, bad cd/dvd drive) and used the floppy boot up disk for getting onto my usb flash (since it is a pre-2001 comp). now the main thing that i am going to use this for is playing some old games.

what i basically want to do is have one set up file (not save after every session) that loads on start up and sets my resolution down low, changes the theme and loads the extentions (zsnes and stuff modprobe joydev). the problem is that all the dsl documentation i see is all about saving it to a hdd to get your configurations off of it. how do i accomplish this task with only 1 flash drive?
