backtrack - how to autostart vncserver

Hi,

I have a cuda box with backtrack 4 r2 installed.

It's a box I only want to remote into.

I have configured the box as follows:

wake-on-lan
autostart kdm login manager
autologin root (I know the dangers)
autostart network with static ip

I can launch the vnc server (which comes installed) manually from
> services > start vnc server

I have configured the password and I can connect to the cuda box using ultravnc on a windows xp pro machine.

I just want to know if there is a way to get the vnc server to start automatically when the cuda box boots up and root is automatically logged in?

I have looked around and haven't found a solution.
