I posted the DLS not recognizing drivers... got DSL-N which has a 2.6 kernel and everything is good except...
I've installed Flash Player a dozen times, and I can't get it to work for SeaMonkey, FireFox, or Mozilla.
I need flash player as my drive is dead and I'm using a LiveCD to continue working until I have the fundage to replace the drive.

Gnash seems to work on my laptop-it might be easier to get working, since it's open source.
Okay I'm running from a DSL-N live cd, the drive is dead.
Can't use Gnash because it requires gcc. i have room on the ramdisk to download it but not install it.
any other thoughts?
No, I'm afraid not. I downloaded DSL-N myself and found that it didn't have a driver for my wireless card, and I couldn't seem to install it. The forum appears to have died(no posts for a long time), so I'm not sure what you can do.
