Don't Know How To Install Special Software Driver

I have a driver from a manufacturer to install for Linux. I am new to Linux and unsure how to install this particular driver. I just need to know how to install.

The files are large so I cannot attach.

There are three files:

lntsinst.orig (I assume .orig is "original file")
lntsinst (this is just a file, no extension. I am wondering if it's the same as .orig and just change the file to .deb or .rpm. But, not sure)
hpoemtid.tdx (don't know this extension)

That's it. Three files but don't know how to install. I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Check with the manufacturer - they usually give instructions on how to install.
Looking at your files, I would try opening a terminal window and navigating to the directory with the files. Now type su and root password.
Try as root: sh ./Intsinst and see what happens.
