Is there a linux distro which supports all architectures? I just wanted to know because at my house I have two computers, one with x86 and one with amd64, and was wondering if I can get one distro for both of them.

Your best bet would be to install an x86 distro because they work fine both on x86 and amd64.

Most distributions have versions for both x86 and x86_64 architectures. An x86_64 chip is fully backwards compatible with x86 instructions. 64 bit software is still however lacking so for the short term you may be better off installing a 32 bit distro on both.
