After installing Vista and restoring Grub I broke my partitiontable.
How can I recover it? Here the whole story:

My system still works and fdisk -l /dev/sda and disktype /dev/sda still show me the right table. Gparted for example don't.
How will gparted show me the right table again, without distroying my actual data?
... seems I've to backup the data which is still saved on my first hdd ...
could you mount partitions using LiveCD? check the contents of sda3 partition.
if LiveCD doesn't mount all partitions automatically at boot up, mount those manually and execute 'df -h' command. post output here.
Your partition table is not broken, if it would have broken then you could not able boot any of the OS's.
If you are able to execute "fdisk -l /dev/sda" then you can figure out which partition is windows or Linux.
