    Question Delete tmp files


    I'm a newbie,and having fun. I'm Running PCLinuxOS, My only problem is the system won't let me back in. Says, I have no room, I have to clean up my tmp files.If I get in the Terminal mode or the safe mode I guess I could do it,
    but I don't know the commands can anyone help me out?

    Temporary files are in /tmp and /home/userid/tmp (mostly on mandriva based distros). You can use the rm command to delete the ones you do not need.
