After update my Vaio PCG-K33 won't connect to wireless anymore
Have updated to the .38 kernel because i was having the following problem. This is a Sony Vaio laptop. When i leave the front side wireless switch on and boot the compu eventually the mouse will not move anymore and i have to hard reboot. If i turn off the front side wireless switch, the computer finishes booting alright but then when i turn on the front side switch again, the led will no longer go to green and wireless is not recognized.
i once was able to boot into Safe Mode and started setting up wireless through MCC until i hit Connect -- upon which the compu froze again.
PCC says this is a Atheros AR5001x+ Wireless network adapter using the ath5k Module.
