No idea how to get tv cards going, any help usefull?

Trying to get a Peak tv/multimedia card going. Have not got the remotest idea how to do this. How do I find out the card number, if that's important?

Below is a load of stuff, don't know how relevant. How is this job done - most important thing is getting analog television?
