drivers for linux

i need some websites which provide drivers for hardware under linux
could you please help me.....

The majority of drivers for Linux are found within the kernel. What kind of drivers are you looking for?

i'm looking for a driver for my modem...it's not supported by any distribution of linux:drown:
it's a Genius modem 56kb

If it's a winmodem, you might look here for ways to make it work:

Alternatively, buy a real modem. Winmodems are software based, and hence, they will not work without a driver, and they will waste uselesly your cpu power as well (because again, all the work is done via software).

A real modem doesn't need a driver. For example, if you use a com port modem you just need the driver for the com port (that's no problem).

EDITED: All of this applies only if it's a winmodem.
