Installing Webcam and Digicam - Changeing Ports themselves!?

Hi there

I'm someone who has very often very strange problems.
so for me that one is such a thing too:

I tried to install all of my usb-peripherals.
I installed my Webcam which was really working, then I tried to install my graphic-tablet which is showed with the command lsusb but isn't working yet. My scanner works now, too.

The last thing I did, was to plug in my digicam and turn it on (not in the same port as the webcam).
With this action, the light of the webcam went off and gnomemeeting didn't find it since then.

In addition to that:

before i turned on the digicam it looks about that:
Code:
root@sternchen ~> lsusb
Bus 003 Device 005: ID 08ca:0021 Aiptek International, Inc. APT-2 Tablet
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000 OmniVision USB-Webcam
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 055f:0006 Mustek Systems, Inc. ScanExpress 1200 UB
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
and after i turned on the digicam it looks about that:
Code:
root@sternchen ~> lsusb
Bus 003 Device 005: ID 08ca:0021 Aiptek International, Inc. APT-2 Tablet
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000 Mustek Inc.
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 055f:0006 Mustek Systems, Inc. ScanExpress 1200 UB
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
The names of the both peripherals and the numbers in front of it surely aren't right but i can't see them through ssh because the digicam is off and the webcam doesn't work anymore.

That sure wasn't all

I restarted hotplug a few moments ago and recognized that the ports do change o_O

before:
Code:
root@sternchen ~> lsusb
Bus 003 Device 005: ID 08ca:0021 Aiptek International, Inc. APT-2 Tablet
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 055f:0006 Mustek Systems, Inc. ScanExpress 1200 UB
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
right after restarting hotplug:
Code:
root@sternchen ~> lsusb
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
and after loading the ov511-module (i didnt know that the other devices except the webcam need this module):
Code:
root@sternchen ~> modprobe ov511
root@sternchen ~> lsusb
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 004: ID 08ca:0021 Aiptek International, Inc. APT-2 Tablet
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 055f:0006 Mustek Systems, Inc. ScanExpress 1200 UB
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
So look at the busses and ports o_O
what is this thing!?!
what's wrong ..
