Unhappy [SOLVED] Radio Tuner, included in TV Tuner Card.

I have a TV Tunar card, which also includes a radio tuner.
I'm not able to get it working under linux.
I tried utilities like gnome radio, gradio, fmtools, etc. but my device is not listed as /dev/radio. ( but i know there is radio receiver in card X_X )
Heres bit info.
