Hello

I'm interested in compact, fanless devices to run Linux. It should have at least 512MB of RAM, support for CompactFlash or SD cards, and USB + Ethernet plugs.

Besides the SheevaPlug, are there other devices I should know about?

Have just spent the afternoon searching for this sort of thing.

Been using a laptop to remote monitor/act as a jump box into a customers network, hardware wise really just want two Ethernet ports. If there are any more hardware suggestions, I'd definitely be interested.

I will convert these guys I work with to Linux =)

I would also try Compulab.co.il

They have a bunch of solutions. We are currently using one in the company I work for. I am not quite sure about their tech support though. They do take a lot of time to respond sometimes. It might just be the fact that they are located in Israel.

Someone has actually put an entire Linux system in a USB thumb drive, including CPU and OS. I'm trying to find my reference to it. I'll post another message on this thread when I find it (if still available).
