Question Problem With Monitor Output.

OK, here's the problem... I recently installed FC11 x86_64, after some frustration during install, I realized that my the installation wasn't outputting to the DVI on my graphics card which my monitor was hooked up to. No problem, both my video card and monitor had VGA- hooked it up and everything worked as it should. The only problem is, I would like to use DVI, as at the moment I had to take that VGA cable off another computer and I prefer DVI in general. I have an ATI Radeon X1300 which has a DVI, a VGA and a RCA port. I've never had a problem with windows recognizing the VGA and DVI and outputting to the right one. What's the problem? Any suggestions? Thanks so much.
