Newbie just installed RedHat 9.0, trying to install a NIC

I just installed a custom RedHat Linux 9.0 system today. I have this wireless NIC (CNet CNWL-311) and I am trying desperately trying to figure out how you install hardware like this on RedHat?. I have found Linux 'drivers', but I don't understand how you get this all to work. Are there links on how I do this? Note: The system RedHat 9.0
