script for creating user accounts

hi everyone! im a newbie in script building and i needed help in creating a script for multiple users for our school. The format is this way:
1.each student is named after their section and user number ex:
section and group number = section01 or orange01
2. i need to input their own or desired passwords using a password list on a text file would be ok.

i would be very greatful for any kind of help tnx tnx tnx
