    hi all
    i would like to do widgets( like yahoo widgets) in linux

    is there any previous widgets made for fedora7
    can you please give an example for widgets.
    at present am in fedora7 gnome desktop.

    please give me instuction step by step.

    coz, am new to widgets..
    i have knowlde in gtk c gui using glade.

    is there any free source for widgets.

    Well I doupt that there are widgets made for a Distro.
    But, I know they are for the Desktop Envoirment
    Eyecandy for your KDE-Desktop - KDE-Look.org
    Eyecandy for your GNOME-Desktop - GNOME-Look.org
    Eyecandy for your Xfce-Desktop - Xfce-Look.org

    Oh and ofc Conky since that program just Rocks if you understand it.... ^^

    I use it on my PDA to show when i have new apointments and loads of other stuff.
    I can see with it when my Girlfriend puts her PC on. (Y)
    Its really just Great.. =)
