Music Programming

Well, here is the deal.
Id like to play music. But I don't like playing a instrument.
Well doesnt that make sence? :P
Well its just I saw Sound Programming on Wikipedia when I was random browsing and I thought, thats interesting to try once. And now I am looking for a language that can play Drum and Electrical Guitar, so I can make very simple Metal/Rock stuff.. ^^
I know there is a language out there that can do that..
I found two I already like, but well I dont know if they can play Electrical Guitar. So well..
I found Nsound that is basicly a C++ Class.
And ChucK, witch is a Language on itself.

Anyhow, is there anyone who can help me with this?

Check out Nectarine Demoscene Internet Radio-- they have a lot of cool music made by amateurs that sounds similar to what you are thinking, and they have a forums where you might be able to find out more information on producing.

Also, Ubuntu has a custom edition ("Studio") that is especially geared towards producers / graphic artists, etc.

Thanks, but I think you dont really understand what I want.
I really want to Code the Music. I dont want to see anything like a GUI or Studio
