    HOW TO DISPLAY DYNAMIC CONTENT using PERL CGI

    I need to design a GUI to display NETWORK TRAFFIC and PERFORMANCE using PERL CGI for my traffic related to BANDWIDTH MANAGEMENT..........................please provide help on hoe to CREATE and EXECUTE such scripts since i have some scripts related to the same but facing problem to EXECUTE them.
