Core Dump, How to identify where??

    Hi Developers

I've created a server socket program which interacts with MySQL and does some checks and validations. The socket is returning core dump but I can't identify which part of code is creating trouble.

    Please help.
    Thanks

How do you mean that the socket is returning core dump? I don't think there's a way for sockets to make a process dump.
Anyway, have you used gdb? That's probably the best way to find out what's causing trouble.

i agree with Dolda. Based on my brain-craking research, Dolda2000 is right.
