Looking for Web Development Software for Group Project

Hello.

My group and I are currently working on implementing a web based system for this client of ours. Basically it makes use of php as its back-end language and probably javascript for the interface. It will also make use of MySQL for its DBMS.

The problem is we need to synchronize the development process, meaning we have to develop under one code base. Can you guys refer/recommend any group development software (or whatever you call it) that we could use to develop the system? We're 4 in the group and we have to have uniform arsenal. hehe. It's the first time I'm developing with a group so I'm kinda new to this.

Yep that work. Could you recommend any IDE that uses CVS for web development?
