    URL Capture from a Browser?

    I was wondering if there was a way to capture the current URL inside a browser, analogous to this, but in Linux:

    Retrieving info from other windows : Visual C# General : MSDN Forums

    Ideally it would be nice if it would work with any distro, but I'm not even sure how to do this on my EEE PC. Any ideas?
