Question a bootloader program in floppy disk that loads O.S. from USB pen drive

    Hi everyone

I will be glad if any one will be able to solve my problem. I am working on a project in which i need to boot from a usb pen drive. The problem is that my Pentium 3 compatible motherboard BIOS donot allow me to do so because it donot have such an option. So i thought that why not write a bootloader program to floppy disk(since my BIOS allow booting from a floppy disk) which will detect and load the operating system installed in the pen drive..
Please help me that how should i do the thing..

    Regards
    Danish
