Hi All,

I haven't played with any programming of late, but need to come up with something for the following scenario,

We have 9 support engineers. 1 has Mon/Tues off, and 1 has Thur/Fri off, as they work weekends. We have cases that have a priority of either 1, 2, 3 or 4. 1 being the most important. 3 engineers are in the Australian Eastern timezone, and the rest are in Singapore. All start at 9am in their timezone. I want to generate an allocation list, based on timezone and based on priority of the case. I also want to be able to input whether someone is off sick that day, or not available, perhaps due to training or something, for that day. Anyone willing to shoot me off into the right direction? I prefer you guide me with suggestions, rather than just doing the script for me. I will learn better that way.
