Here's a HowTo you can check out. It was written for Ubuntu users but the same principles should apply to other distros as well.

But that link points to me to grub splash, but i need grub GFX, its theme will be like message.xxx. It is a cpio file consist of images and menu details.
I just want to know how to generate that message.xxx,

Oops... sorry for the error. I know nothing about grub gfx so will have to let someone else respond.
