    Exclamation doing web page in linux(urgent please)

    Hi linuxers I try to write a script that does if target folder has .txt files with specific name as "Notifications.txt" it must show its content(txt file) on web page and if target folder has file except txt files it must show them as a link that user can download it. Please help me doing this is urgent.
