mingetty ttyxyz

Hello everybody

This morning I was reading on how to create more tty's and how to "alt Fx" them

now this may be a stupid question but what if I "mingetty tty91"
I cannot "ALT-F91" but still "who -a" tells me i have an open tty91 " how can i acces it ?

And pls dont say "google" as that did not solve anything
I only get stupid things like "how to Reconnect to a specific TTY session thru ssh" (ok i get a tty but not tty 91) or "creating a tty" - stuff like that , that only teach you how to do basic things , nothing real like tty was supposed to be from F1-F12 and only be named ttyx , then why can i ceate a new tty named tty91 ?
