X_X, Use glade-3...
Just drag and drop...and draw your GUI.

Thanks,b2bwild. I'll check it tonight. So far I followed this GTK tutorial - It's best and easy one. The GTK+ programming tutorial
This one look good with glade. Micah Carrick
But the problem is I'm not good GTK+ - Just learning about it.
I wanted to learn GTK+ (to design a front-end for my tool) for past 3 years(tried JNI , zenity ) started learning it more than one and then dropped it....
To my surprise ,this time It seems to be going to good

There are many options to GTK+ now like QT, wx, Mono GTK#..
specially QT, and wx can be used on Python which is quite easier to learn
