Hello Guys,


I am struggling with this for a long time and I am getting in a bit of a time Crisis with it.

So I am going to ask you guys how to do this.
I am working on a application that runs with a client and a daemon. This client has to talk to the daemon so it has to use IPC of some form.

So I instantly thought of DBus, however after I had a look at the DBus Documentation for Perl I am really confused. So I am looking for ANYWAY to send Signals (Just one Text-String) to a process with a return value in Perl. Please with example.

Any help would be amaze.
