Sconstruct file lost =O

I just DL scons with help from scons offical guide, but I can't find the Sconstruct file at all, I've never saw that =S

Please help =(

My friend gave me those source files for TrickJumping bot for Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, and those seems to have some ingame commands, so any "default(?)"
compiler like gcc or Dev-C++ won't compile that. =/

Then my friend said I should try compile that with SCons, I am already trying, but I got error:

scons: *** No SConstruct file found.
File "/usr/lib/scons/SCons/Script/Main.py", line 826, in _main

When I type just scons to the console. =,( Can anybody helm with that? I can't find SConstruct file anywhere. =?

Or can someone else compile those for me or is here any other programs to compile source files like that.

Oh, and I am compiling C =D
