I want to send a message from IP to Another IP through command prompt. how can i do this, can any body help me.

e-mail? the only thing I can think of, is to use ssh to connect into that machine, and use talk. that's not really transfering the message over TCP/IP though, you're connecting into the machine through tcp/ip, then sending a message localy.
