    I just wanted to point out, that it is really dangerous to start/stop services this way as there are also vital services that the system needs to run. If this server is remote and you have no physical access to it, it can be a real pain if something goes wrong.

    PS: I had only once to travel 400km just to press a reset switch and I swore to myself this wouldn't happen anymore ...

    Thanks for the response Klos,

    Yup, I followed your opinion about that, I've revised the script to ask the specific services that is needed to be start, stop or restart.

    400km is quite a long way, I don't know if I can handle that...
