Script to move files, restart session and logout

I'd like to ask for help making a script that does this:
    • Copy files using rules:
      • Copy all files (and folders) that are in a folder in a pen drive to the home folder
      • Overwrite all files and folders that are in the home folder.
    • Sessions:
      • After copying all the files restart user session so that all the preferences and appearance info is reloaded
      • OR
      • Apply the new user configurations immediately.
    • Create a shortcut to open the logout script.
    • Logout system
      • The system saves the session so that it can be continued later
      • All the files that are in the home folder
        • Must be copied to the pen drive and they
        • Must overwrite whatever it was there earlier.

I need this system because all my info at my school is not saved by them for me and doing this manually 3+ times a day takes too much time and is fastidious.
    Need more info? Just ask

    ADD:
NOTE:I can only work as a user.
