HI

I have a problem of TCPIP communication per script . When I try to use linux and perl program to submit data to a web server device we have delay of about 4 secs after the 3 ways handshaking. But it work fine when I put the same perl program to window and BSD whcih has no delay at all. Any different between the linux and window communication ? Any one can suggest some solution
