Cool how do I write a script for controlling the mouse?

I may be going a little scripting crazy (I made that word term up just now) but I want to write a shell script (or something in a scripting language) that will move my mouse around, and cause it to click stuff. For example I want to be able to write a script that goes through this:

click bored - Interactive DHTML demos

and clicks each of the boxes, and then clicks on all the boxes that are created, and on, and on, and on. I've tried searching the repositories for my O.S. (ubuntu 10.04) and I couldn't find anything.
