    I contribute to a charity by using their Amazon Affiliate link.
    Is it possible to create a script or a chrome extension to add the affiliate link automatically.

    What exactly are you trying to do?
    If it's just adding part of a URL to the end of another URL it can easily be done with the Greasemonkey addon and a bit of javascript.
