    Nvidia bash script

I have a Nvidia graphics card that has a driver which has to be re-compiled with every new kernel. I have to boot into a non graphical user and re-compile it with every new kernel. I currently use Fedora 18. Is there any way I can create a script that re-compiles the nvidia driver every time there is a kernel update?

Fedora has dkms which automatically rebuilds required modules when the kernel is updated. More info

As mentioned, install the dkms (dynamic kernel module system), and get one of the more recent nVidia drivers - they are now supporting DKMS. This was not the case up to about a year (or less) ago.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
