    Quoted command string error

If I quote a command string ( with double quotes ) in my bash script, when i run the script I get the message for the line of the command string:

    "No such file or directory"

but if I remove the quotes the command executes properly.

Why would this be occurring ?

What is the command that you are doing. Without that no on will have any idea as to the real issue.
