    Change Directory script

    CD.sh
This script makes it easier to switch directories. It works in
conjunction with the .bashrc file. It can only list up to 35
directories, but once in a top level directory, it can be run
again to get to subsequent directories from there. To exclude
directories that are never needed, enter an X at the prompt.
A subsequent prompt will ask which folder (number or letter)
to ignore (places folder name[/.../name...] in CDskip.txt file).
This will reduce the list to a manageable length.

Place the contents of the script file in /root/CD.sh, place ther
.bashrc code in .bashrc, and execute it by typing xxx at the
    prompt.

is there a question here or are you just needing someone smarter than you to do your homework for you?

or do you really think that between the cd command and autocomplete that anyone would need a script to do this?
