    I dont know how good it is compared to any others out there (since I haven't tried any others), but I've been working through the HowStuffWorks tutorial. Just make sure you go in with firefox or a popup blocker on (or perhaps both...)

    I recommend that you read few books rather than reading tutorials. These books can be found for free download on the net. I have some of those.

    www.cprogramming.com has a few good tutorials, hints and a quiz for C and C++.

    As for books, you can't get past the original K&R, or even a Schaums guide for C.
