My company just adopted Linux as our mail service platform (Red Hat 7).

The challenge now is how to create more than 6,000 user accounts automatically. A shell script found on this site helps to some extent. However, this failed to address the issue of passwords. The company policy is to set the user default password to the initials + surname. The user is then required to change it the first he logs in.

Anybody with an idea on how this can be acomplished.
