    hi all,
    i want to know how sizeof operator internally works in c/c++.
    whar is the underlined mechanism.
    also i want to know that
    is it working lead to the concept of operator overloding like c++.

    sizeof works during compile, not run-time.

    You cannot overload it because it is most like a #define statement - something that is hard-coded into the program before it ever runs.
