    Finding OS Specifcations


    I want to details about the OS Language that I am using Red Hat Linux 9.0(shrike) .. Is there a command or a configuration file that can be used to extract this information ?

    What do you mean by "OS Language"? Shouldn't it be pretty obvious when you do a "man ls" or something like that which language your OS is set to? I don't know what you're asking.

    I'm unsure what you mean too, but if you mean which language most of the OS itself is built with, it's called "C"
